AUROTECH ultrasound AS aspires to protect and enhance shareholders' investments through profitable and sustainable business activities. Good corporate governance is intended to maximize added value and decrease business risk, and at the same time, the company's resources are to be utilized in an efficient and sustainable manner. The value added should benefit shareholders, employees, and the community. The company aims is to adopt the same code of practice as listed companies. This code of practice is drawn up by the Norwegian Corporate Governance Board (NUES). So far, the company’s board of directors has approved the following instructions:
Most of the shareholders of AUROTECH ultrasound AS are members of the board of directors or company employees. Management has always been at the disposal of all shareholders, and the need for external reports has thus been limited. AUROTECH will start issuing quarterly reports to shareholders as soon as this is requested.
